Katherine Rosenfeld
Of Counsel
Katherine Rosenfeld joined the firm in
2004. She previously worked at Koob & Magoolaghan and
clerked for the Hon. Dean D. Pregerson on the United States District
Court for the Central District of California. At Koob &
Magoolaghan, Ms. Rosenfeld's practice focused on civil rights
litigation, including litigating federal constitutional claims on
behalf of New York State prisoners and employment
discrimination. During law school, Ms. Rosenfeld interned at the
East Bay Community Law Center and the Capital Defense Unit of the
Connecticut Public Defender's Office. She was also a student director
of the Community Legal Services clinic. Prior to practicing law, Ms.
Rosenfeld worked for several years as a court advocate for a domestic
violence agency, providing legal services to battered women.
