Attorney Misconduct
The Firm has represented both lawyers and their former clients in attorney-client disputes. The Firm represented Lilian Goldman against her counsel, Norman Roy Grutman, for malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty and ethical obligations, arising out of the publication of a book containing embarrassing, attorney-client privileged information. This case comprised a trial over a period of several months and numerous appeals. Currently the Firm represents William Samuels against a large national law firm, claiming that the firm charged excessive fees and represented Mr. Samuels despite various conflicts of interest. |
