• In United States v. Stewart, the Firm represented Martha Stewart as co-counsel in her criminal case. The Firm was substantially responsible for the dismissal of the single securities fraud count in the indictment.

• The Firm has represented a number of current and former ICN Pharmaceuticals executives in SEC, grand jury, and securities fraud matters.
