• The Firm regularly reviews works of fiction and nonfiction for Penguin Putnam Inc., a division of Pearson, prior to publication, to ensure that all legal issues have been considered and addressed (especially potential defamation issues), while upholding the integrity of the author's work. The Firm also provides counseling on copyright, publicity rights and related issues as they arise.

• The Firm has represented numerous entertainers and public figures in litigation and in contract negotiations, including writers Jack Newfield and Pete Hamill, former 20/20 co-anchor John Miller, ABC News producer Chris Isham, NBC correspondent Gabe Pressman and former world heavyweight boxing champion Tim Witherspoon. We have also negotiated numerous book, television, and movie contracts.
