Michele joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for two years as a staff attorney with the Civil Action Practice of The Bronx Defenders where she represented clients on a range of civil legal issues. She previously clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr. in the Northern District of Ohio. She interned at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice and with NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.
Ms. Yankson received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern scholar and served as Senior Notes Editor of the New York University Law Review, and her B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan.
